Pickup in New Cairo

• Choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect your order for free from Crockera Home HQ, New Cairo.
• Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
• Pickup orders are paid in cash when you collect.

Payment & confirmation

• We offer cash on delivery all over Egypt.
• Kindly note that Crockera Home has the right to ask for a deposit before dispatching the order, which can be paid online (e.g. InstaPay).
• Your order ships once it is confirmed.

• Please note that opening the shipment in the presence of the delivery representative is strictly not permitted.
• If anything arrives broken, contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a photo, and we will help you as soon as possible.
